warm room poor shower pressure
the location was convenient to get to interesting places.
The room was too warm. Even with the windows open, it didn't cool down enough, and the thermostat adjustments did nothing. the shower pressure was also quite poor, and the water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold. it made showering unpleasant

The room was a Double Room. It had excellent soundproofing. I heard nothing from the hallway. The breakfast had numerous delicious options.

great location friendly welcome cozy lobby unpleasant smell stained towels cold room
The location is GREAT. All the main attractions are within walking distance. I received a very friendly welcome, and the lobby felt lovely and cozy.
The corridor I stayed in had an EXTREMELY strong and unpleasant smell throughout my stay. When I arrived, the towels and bed sheets had visible stains. The room was also very cold, and staff only adjusted the thermostat.

dirty floors shower curtain
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There were lots of options to suit all tastes.
Upon arrival, I found the floors in the main hallways were not vacuumed. The bathroom was oddly prison style. A mere shower curtain failed to prevent water from getting the entire bathroom completely wet!!!

warm welcome efficient check-in daily towels convenient location
I was greeted with a warm welcome and efficient check-in. the room was very clean and well-kept, with fresh towels daily. i found the location quite convenient for exploring the area. I walked to many attractions easily. breakfast was a highlight. I enjoyed the fresh and varied selection each morning.
i noticed the elevator was a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours, which occasionally caused short waits.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes (i especially liked the omelets). the coffee was freshly brewed, and the staff kept the area tidy and well-stocked throughout the morning.
